For teams

Meeting recordings into minutes people actually read

The recording exists so nobody has to take notes — and then nobody watches the recording. SightScript turns it into minutes ready to send to absentees: what was discussed, what was decided, who owns what by when.

It reads the shared screens too, so the dashboard numbers, the spreadsheet cells, and the slide bullets that drove the discussion appear in the notes as actual figures — not "metrics were reviewed".

One recording in. Minutes out.

Meeting notes

Ready-to-send minutes: each agenda topic condensed under its own heading, a Decisions section with context, and open questions listed.

Action items

Every action as a table row — the item, its owner, its deadline — extracted from what was said and shown.

Key points

5–10 items, each tagged Decision, Action, or Open — the meeting at a glance.

Chapters

The agenda as it actually unfolded, timestamped by topic.

Visual notes

What was shared on screen, with its real content: dashboard metrics, slide bullets, spreadsheet excerpts, chat messages.

Transcript

Speaker-identified, using real names when they're spoken or visible on name tags.

It reads the shared screen

The most important part of most meetings is on the screen, not in the audio. Minutes should include it.

Dashboards, with the numbers

When someone presents metrics, the actual figures land in the notes — the number, not the mention of a number.

Documents and spreadsheets

Excerpts shown on screen are captured as content, so the notes carry the data the decision was based on.

Names from the call

Speakers get their real names when visible on name tags or the participant list — action items get real owners.

Questions, answered

My meetings aren't on YouTube. Can I still use this?

Yes — Pro supports direct file upload. The recording goes from your browser to secure storage, is processed, and is automatically deleted from the processing store within 48 hours. Only the documents are kept, in your library.

Does it identify who said what?

Yes. The transcript uses real names when they're spoken or visible on screen (name tags, participant list) and falls back to Speaker 1, Speaker 2 otherwise.

How are action items formatted?

As a table — item, owner, deadline — built from what was said and what was shown. Items without a clear owner or date are still listed, just with those fields empty rather than invented.

How long can a recording be?

Up to 90 minutes on Pro ($9.99/month), which also unlocks file uploads. Shorter meetings on YouTube (public links) work on the free tier up to 45 minutes.
